Nothing lasts, everything rots, and sometimes it’s funny. Internet culture moves forward with lighting speed, and sometimes things that were once cool and modern can quickly become… not that. Remember Quibi? The app that people predicted would change TV forever? How compliments said about Elon Musk? Or any subway ad from the 2000s. All have aged poorly, and it’s all very, very funny.
Poorly aged things on Twitter is digging up these rotting pieces of media and shoving them back in your face. It’s a dynamic blend of cringe and nostalgia that’ll make you feel old - but at least you’re probably aging better than some things.
